WHAT IS FAMADESSA MALAGA HAM LIKE?
Our Famadessa Reserva and Gran Reserva bone-in ham meets the highest quality standards required for this type of white ham and is more competitively priced than Iberian ham. It responds on the palate to the soft and sweet taste expected of it.
Cured for between 12 and 15 months for the former and more than 16 months for the latter, it is cured in drying sheds in the north of the province of Malaga, where the care with which our professionals supervise the entire process makes it a delicacy suitable for all homes, due to its good quality/price ratio.

The boneless Bodega Ham, as well as our Bodega Gran Rendimiento, also captures the attention of many of our customers, who are more inclined towards this type of 100×100 ham product, as it is presented to the public completely clean without the shank.
